The ultra modern WTC Expo events complex originally dates back to 1963 with the opening of just one covered exhibition hall for Leeuwarden’s livestock market. The complex has experienced exponential growth since and now boasts 45,000 square meters of exhibition space, making it by far the largest events complex in the north of the Netherlands.
